Debra and Chris sold a house in Centennial that my brother and I inherited after my mom passed away on the last day of 2022. They are great realtors. They recommended people to clear out the junk, paint the house, and re-carpet. They then provided all staging furniture, recommended the asking price, listed the house, and within 2.5 hours, we had the first offer at that asking price. Over the next 4 days, negotiating with several potential buyers, they drove the final price up to 7% over asking price. They then proceeded to remove several roadblocks that cropped up from the title company and the inspection, and we were able to close on time 2.5 weeks after we accepted the offer.
